Cancellation & No Show Policy
To ensure we can accommodate all clients and respect our stylists' time, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the appointment time will not incur any charge.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the booked service value.
- If you change to a lesser service at the time of your appointment, the original booked service fee may still apply.
- Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice ("no-shows") will be charged 100% of the booked service value.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the full appointment fee may still apply.
Booking Deposits
Any deposits paid are non-refundable and will be applied toward the cancellation fee where applicable.
Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Any exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of salon management.
